ETGPA Members Explore Space Science & Astro Tourism!

More than 40 members of the Ethiopian Tourist Guides Professionals Association (ETGPA) had the incredible opportunity to visit the Space Science and Geospatial Institute!

During the visit, members explored the Entoto Observatory alongside the institute’s director, Mr. Abdisa Yilma. This visit provided valuable insights into Ethiopia’s advancements in space science and its potential for Astro Tourism.

We are also proud to highlight that last year, the institute provided intensive Astro Tourism training for five of our members, who are now certified Astro Tourism guides!

This is a huge step forward in promoting scientific tourism in Ethiopia, and we look forward to more collaborations in the future!
